INGREDIENTS
½ cup pumpkin canned or fresh
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup kale
¼ cup strawberries (frozen okay)
¼ cup ice
1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon clove
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch cardamom
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
